• 1. Earn enough units to reach Junior standing (upper division 转移)

  • Complete 60 or more 转移able semester units or 90 or more quarter units. 没有大学 freshmen, sophomores, or applicants seeking a second bachelor’s degree (except for those entering the nursing program) will be admitted.

  • To be eligible for fall admission, you must meet all CSU admission requirements by the end of the spring term prior to fall enrollment.     -All other General 教育 课程; and
    -主修必修课程

    You must earn a "C-" or better in 课程 completed in all other terms to meet the 上述要求.

  • Admission to San José State is competitive in all majors because 菠菜网lol正规平台 continues to have more qualified applicants than available new student spaces. 这种情况是 called “impaction” and it means that meeting the minimum academic requirements does not guarantee admission to San José State.

    CSU eligible 转移 applicants will be ranked in each major based on their self-reported GPA (as reported in the required supplemental application).

    选择专业(学位课程) give preference to applicants who have completed program-specific preparatory 课程. These programs will give preference to students based on a combination of their self-reported GPA and the completion of program-specific, lower-division c我们的sework. 

    For example, if two applicants to the same program have the same GPA, preference will be given to the applicant who has completed the greater number of program-specific 准备课程. Similarly, if two applicants have completed the same number of program-specific 准备课程, preference will be given to the applicant with 更高的GPA.

    2024年秋季新品: Applicants to designated majors within the College of 工程 will be required to complete program-specific 准备课程 to be eligible for admission.
